I wanted to make more art and post more things, perhaps use DA again, but then 2021 said fuck you to me and I spent all of 2021 mourning five deaths and having zero energy most of 2022. Needless to say, I am emotionally drained. I did, however, get lost in art (spins the wheel of "Will Bas Post The Art?" seeing as how I post maybe 1 in 20 things I make pfff).

An attempt is being made for my project:

• Started some character sheets, 30+ and most are at least half done, oh my

• Made a subdomain for the world itself, now I just need to add more content

• Actually began drawing pages for Inherent Brightness, fffinally

other than that I'm alive? I think.

I know I never post anything so I doubt anyone knows me, but lately I've been wanting to get back into art and the community. It's seems quite dead here, or everyone is just very quiet since The Algorithm™ took over everything on the internet. It doesn't feel like da anymore, I guess, shrug. I've been here since da started so I don't want to leave; just feeling kind of lonely since so many have left. What do¿

Art-wise I would love to actually work on the worldbuilding comic I've been wanting to do for about 20 years now, I just had no confidence in myself or my abilities and kept putting it off till I improved, which was stupid of me. After all these years I still struggle with sharing my art online but I'm trying to change that and push myself to post more. Even making this journal was a struggle for me due to anxiety.

uhhh what exactly does one do when someone steals your art and the person who did it won't respond? Anyone know? I'm confused and haven't been in this situation in a while.

It's a gaming website and I've tried to contact them twice without response.
