A Horrible Crime

Happy birthday, manicouch! Okay so it's late, badly drawn and quite stupid, I really didn't know what to draw you. This was inspired by my birthday gift from Gremshula, a DVD stand display of Watchmen from her work, of course they shopped out his PINGAS. Hope your birthday was awesome.
